As a Customer Advisor fluent in Italian your responsibilities include:
Guiding viewers through inquiries via phone and/or chat
Offering account and application support, particularly regarding software functionality
Providing technical assistance and resolving issues related to system configurations and network settings
Delivering prompt and accurate responses to viewer inquiries
Contributing to enhancing brand engagement for our client We're a Great Match if You:
Are a native or proficient Italian speaker (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
Have a genuine enthusiasm for the entertainment and media sector
Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, empathy, and teamwork
Possess familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
