Customer Support with Italian
- As a Customer Advisor fluent in Italian your responsibilities include:
- Guiding viewers through inquiries via phone and/or chat
- Offering account and application support, particularly regarding software functionality
- Providing technical assistance and resolving issues related to system configurations and network settings
- Delivering prompt and accurate responses to viewer inquiries
- Contributing to enhancing brand engagement for our client We're a Great Match if You:
- Are a native or proficient Italian speaker (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
- Have a genuine enthusiasm for the entertainment and media sector
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, empathy, and teamwork
- Possess familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
