Indeed, the Edenred Group recognizes, recruits and develops all talents and singularities.We are committed to preventing all forms of discrimination and to providing all our candidates with equal opportunities regardless of their gender and gender expression, disability, origin, religious belief and sexual orientation or any other criteria.YOU WILL VIBE WITH USThe Senior System Engineer will report to Edenred Italy Head of Infrastructure into the Technology Department.Main activities:Manage the entire IT Operations lifecycle: incident, change, and problem management on Edenred infrastructures (hybrid, public).Manage and monitor Edenred systems and related infrastructures (IaaS, Physical, PaaS).Ensure the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability (DR/BC).Act as the technical reference for critical operational phases (P1 Incidents, war room) to identify root causes, remediation, and improvement plans.Manage complex IT projects with high technical expertise, supporting end-to-end delivery.Collaborate with Edenred Global groups (network, infrastructures, and Cloud) as stakeholders of the infrastructure team.Work closely with vendors managing IT Operations activities, guiding and coordinating operational tasks.WE WILL VIBE WITH YOUMin 6/ 8 years of experienceBachelor / Master’s degree in Information Technologies/Compute Science or similarFluent English/ ItalianExperience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux systems.Management of services on Public Cloud (Azure/AWS).Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of web platforms and major Java Application Servers (Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic).Experience in virtualization environments (VMWare).Technical skills on Microsoft systems (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).Management of the Office 365 platform.Basics of internetworking (VPC, SD-WAN, VPN, Load Balancers, WAF
