Cost Engineering Deployment: Skill in deploying cost engineering effectively and influencing teams. Educational Background: A degree in electronic engineering. Component Expertise: Expertise in active and passive components is essential. Project Management: Proficiency in project management methods.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product development with a focus on cost/value engineering. Business Knowledge: Broad business knowledge for effective cross-discipline interactions. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to drive change and challenge the organization.
Practical Knowledge: Practical knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes. Communication Skills: Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills. Stakeholder Management: Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Critical Thinking: Critical thinking skills and a willingness to challenge the status quo. Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English.
