We are looking for an System & Network Administrator to join out IT Department, the main activities will be:

• Participate in troubleshooting technical issues related to infrastructure components, collaborating with cross-functional teams;
• Support software development teams in optimizing application performance and reliability;
• Aid in the implementation of automation processes to streamline tasks and improve efficiency;
• Analyze systems and perform usability testing to ensure performance and reliability, enhance scalability, and meet security requirements;
• Develop policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access;
• Educate and communicate security requirements and procedures to users and new employees;
• Design, implement and maintain the firm’s application systems and IT infrastructure.
• 2-4 years of experience in systems engineering or related roles, preferably in a hybrid infrastructure environment;
• Basic proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration;
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud architecture principles Moderate skills and proficiency in MS Office tools, including MS/O365;
• Experience in performance-tuning in SQL databases;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, technical and non-technical;
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V - desirable);
• Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP - desirable);
• IT security best practices;
• English is mandatory (written and verbal);
• Teamwork
