Il gruppo Manpower in collaborazione con Fincantieri Nextech SpA cerca un/a Senior UX Experience Designer.
The Senior UX Experience Designer is accountable for day-to-day design delivery across the Fincantieri Digital Ecosystem platform & products, ensuring that experiences are coherent, scalable, usable, and aligned to the target CX Vision. Collaborating with Head of CX, and acting as design execution authority, the role leads internal and external designers, owns design prioritisation and quality, and translates product and business goals into clear experiences.S/he operates at the intersection of service design, product design and platform constraints.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES- Design Delivery & Quality
- Owns day-to-day design delivery across products & services, ensuring delivery on time and on quality
- Reviews and validates design outputs against standards and objectives
- Ensures Design System is correctly applied and evolved across platforms
- Can be hands-on when needed, especially on critical journeys or earlystage concepts
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Leads the core Design System team day-to-day, owning its backlog, priorities and dependencies
- Provides hands-on direction, coaching, and feedback to designers to raise overall quality and productivity
- Partners with Product Owners and Tech Leads to translate product roadmaps into clear experiences, flows and UX/UI designs
- Proactively identifies experience and service gaps and translates them into actionable UX improvements
- System-level thinking
- Collaborates with the Head of CX to refine the Design vision and translate it into quarterly roadmaps
- Ensures experiences scale across multi-product and platform ecosystem, typical of enterprise and industrial environments
- Proven experience leading design delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to move fluently between strategy, service design, and detailed design
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to under-defined problems
- Judgment in balancing user needs, technical constraints, and delivery trade-offs
- Experience designing complex, multi-application or platform-based experiences
- Experience working in Agile (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactivity and willingness to experiment new approaches (eg AI-based workflows)
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian
- Experience with industrial, mission-critical, safety-critical, or operational systems
- Familiarity with long-lifecycle products (industrial, transport, defense, maritime) • Experience in designing AI-based products
- Experience in managing external agencies
- Understanding of multi role-based access, modular platforms, and enterprise ecosystems
