  • Keep records of customer interaction' process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures' guidelines' and policies Requirements
  • Native or near to native Italian language (C2)
  • Very good command of English language (B2
  • C1) - Good MS Office skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
