• Managing their presence and their participation in the national and international congresses and meetings, overseeing the budget, taking care of all relevant administrative processes and communication including design of the booth.
• Support the design & development of various marketing communication materials including social media, digital marketing, printed collateral (surgical techniques, brochures, etc.), trade media ads, technical product information and PowerPoint presentations, including managing translations and rebranding of materials.
• Administrative routing of surgeon presentations via internal processes.
• Support in managing current CMS. Development and implement updates on corporate websites, sales enablement platforms, and other digital marketing applications.
• Gather, check and create content for internal global newsletter.
• Schedule team calls and support marketing team communication, including management of bi-weekly marketing dashboard calls and monthly webinar to the field.
• Keep communication contact distribution lists up to date.
• Manage Media Kit, Copyright Agreements & Image Release Form processes.

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent proven experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the MS office package, with a focus on outlook and PowerPoint;
• Adobe Creative Cloud with a focus onInDesign, photoshop, illustrator and premiere pro;
• Experience with maintaining CMS systems, ideallyWordPress;
• Experience with Mailchimp, Canva and Vimeo considered a pro.
