Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

We are currently looking for a talented Licensing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing licensing strategies to enhance the brand presence of Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026. The successful candidate will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage the licensing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and management of necessary documentation for the function (e.g., presentations, document flows, follow-up on approvals, and internal sharing).
  • Company scouting activities and initial contacts with target companies.
  • Management and harmonization of the database.
  • Support in contract management processes, including interfacing with various involved functions (Legal, Brand, Sustainability, Finance).
  • Management of internal approval workflows.
  • 1-2 years of working experience.
  • Preferred field: Licensing (entertainment, sport, events); No experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or software industries.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Soft skills: Commercial predisposition and good communication skills. Structured and well-organized approach. Empathy and willingness to learn and grow.
