Role Description: To support our growth, we are looking for a

Finance, Accounting & Controlling Specialist

to strengthen our finance function and support strategic decision-making.

You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, playing a key role in financial reporting, controlling, planning, and process optimization in a SaaS environment.

Main Responsibilities: Prepare timely and accurate

monthly and quarterly financial reports

Support

budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

Monitor and analyze financial performance, including

SaaS KPIs

(MRR, churn, CAC, LTV)

Oversee

cost control

and expense optimization initiatives

Manage

invoicing, accounts payable and receivable

Coordinate

payroll activities

with external providers

Act as the main point of contact for

external accountants, tax advisors, and consultants

Improve and automate

internal financial processes and reporting tools

Analyze

cash flow and treasury

to ensure liquidity and risk management

Maintain accurate

pricing data

and integrate updates from distribution partners

Qualifications: 5–10 years of experience in

accounting, controlling, or finance roles , preferably in tech or SaaS companies

Strong knowledge of

accounting principles and standards (IFRS & GAAP)

Solid understanding of

SaaS business models and financial dynamics

Advanced

Excel

skills; experience with

BI tools

(Looker, Power BI, etc.) is a plus

Experience with

ERP/accounting software

(Fatture in Cloud, QuickBooks, Xero or similar)
Highly analytical, precise, and detail-oriented
Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills, able to explain financial topics to non-financial stakeholders

Fluency in Italian and English
