Role Description: To support our growth, we are looking for a
Finance, Accounting & Controlling Specialist
to strengthen our finance function and support strategic decision-making.You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, playing a key role in financial reporting, controlling, planning, and process optimization in a SaaS environment.
Main Responsibilities: Prepare timely and accurate
monthly and quarterly financial reportsSupport
budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planningMonitor and analyze financial performance, including
SaaS KPIs
(MRR, churn, CAC, LTV)Oversee
cost control
and expense optimization initiativesManage
invoicing, accounts payable and receivableCoordinate
payroll activities
with external providersAct as the main point of contact for
external accountants, tax advisors, and consultantsImprove and automate
internal financial processes and reporting toolsAnalyze
cash flow and treasury
to ensure liquidity and risk managementMaintain accurate
pricing data
and integrate updates from distribution partners
Qualifications: 5–10 years of experience in
accounting, controlling, or finance roles , preferably in tech or SaaS companiesStrong knowledge of
accounting principles and standards (IFRS & GAAP)Solid understanding of
SaaS business models and financial dynamicsAdvanced
Excel
skills; experience with
BI tools
(Looker, Power BI, etc.) is a plusExperience with
ERP/accounting software
(Fatture in Cloud, QuickBooks, Xero or similar)Highly analytical, precise, and detail-oriented
Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently
Strong communication skills, able to explain financial topics to non-financial stakeholders
Fluency in Italian and English
