IT Specialist ERP

For a manufacturing costumer, we're looking for a IT Specialist ERP:

Key Responsibilities:

• The IT Manager will be responsible for strategically and operationally managing the company's IT resources and activities;
• Oversee the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion;
• Monitor the performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure;
• Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes;
• Analyze business requirements by collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs;
• Assess vendors and develop strategies for new hardware and software;
• Management of 1° level tickets and users support;
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT;
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient resource spending.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience;
• 3-5 years of experience working in the IT field;
• Knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems;
• Knowledge of ERP (Infor LN preferably), O365, Business Intelligence, SQL language, Cyber Risk Management.

Personals Skills:

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills;
• Project management skills.
