For an international leading Group in Italy in the sale of agricultural machinery and equipment, we are looking for a: FINANCE & OPERATION MANAGER The ideal candidate has 10 years of the experience in the administrative and financial management of small and medium-sized businesses in the automotive sector, with particular attention to agricultural machinery.
Main Responsibilities: Administrative and Financial Management: Supervision and complete management of administrative and financial activities, including budget planning and control, forecast and final budget analysis; Banking and Financing: Management of relations with financial institutions, negotiation of financing and other forms of financial support to ensure company stability and growth; Budget Analysis: Expertise in the evaluation and detailed analysis of budgets, with the aim of identifying opportunities for financial optimisation and cost reduction; Business Process Management and Review: Ongoing evaluation of business processes, identification of inefficiencies and implementation of improvements to increase operational efficiency and profitability: Language Proficiency: Fluent in English to enable effective communications with international partners and to actively participate in global negotiations.

Requirements: Degree in Economics, Finance, or similar; Proven experience of at least 10 years in management roles in the Automotive industry, preferably with a focus on agricultural machinery; Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data; Proven leadership and people management skills; Proven ability in negotiation and relations with financial institutions; Results-oriented, proactive and able to make strategic decisions; Excellent communication skills in Italian and English Salary and Benefits: LAZIO Nord | Permanent | €80.000,00 - € 90.000,00 / year, plus benefits
