ICT Service Desk Governance Analyst

Overview:
Menarini is seeking a organized and proactive analyst to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our ICT service desk operations and collaboration within our global IT support teams.The candidate will work on key performance indicators (KPIs) reports, on service desk governance framework and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role requires an analytical mindset, communication skills, and a passion for smart, streamlined procedures that automate and simplify processes.
Main Activities & Responsibilities:
supporting KPI management, governance and process adherence, communication with stakeholders, continuous improvement efforts, and team collaboration.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
ITIL certification is preferred.Experience within a service desk environment or in a comparable analytical role.
Comprehensive knowledge of IT workplace environments.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
Contract type: fixed term 12 months
