We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pricing Strategy Analyst to join our team at Penumbra. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our pricing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth. If you have a background in business planning, marketing, operations, or finance, and a proven track record in the medical device industry, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Work OnStrategic Pricing: Deploy pricing strategy for new products to be launched on the market and develop pricing structures for existing products through innovative pricing solutions and supporting large negotiations with KOLs/GPOs.Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, and Marketing teams to implement pricing programs, incentive offers, and presentations for large GPOs and other buying groups and train them on Pricing strategies.EMEA Roll-out:Co-lead the strategic activities for pricing in the EMEA region, including the introduction of new policies, governance frameworks, and processes.Project Management: Develop and execute detailed project plans to monitor customer performance, share results, and track progress.Market Analysis: Review market analyses to determine customer needs, focused pricing approaches, and collaborate on creating value-add programs aligned with the company's goalsWhat You ContributeBachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in business planning, marketing, operations, finance, consulting, or equivalent.
