Sales Specialist
Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a
Sales Specialist
for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.
We offer an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.
CCNL Metalworking Industry, level B1, commensurate with the candidate's experience, plus meal vouchers.

ResponsabilitàThe resource, has a key role within the ITO (Inquiry To Order) Team. Working closely with different functions and stakeholders, He / She is responsible to coordinate all the commercial activities and collect all the inputs to manage the entire proposal life cycle in compliance with standards and processes. The candidate is expected to closely work together with Sales Manager and KS Business Developers with a high level of autonomy, will have to:
- Responsible for all aspects of proposal management, including proposal development, risk management and mitigation, pricing, customer negotiations and issues resolution.
- Lead the deal process, structuring creatively the commercial and technical aspects, as well as fully manage associated contractual issues that arise during the execution phase.
- Be accountable for overall project proposal strategy; may include compiling and submitting required tender documentation. Arranges the Bid-to-Win process or Risk Reviews.
- Interface with the regional sales teams to develop commercial strategies and solutions that will meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate commercial engagements, involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
- Guarantee Quality completeness and Time responsiveness, always supporting the compliance to processes and best practices
