As our (Senior) Product Manager (all genders), you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of AlfaDocs, driving product excellence, strategic innovation, and team growth.- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate closely with the CPO to refine and execute the product vision, building a forward-looking strategy that positions AlfaDocs as a leader in healthcare digitalization while staying ahead of industry trends.
- Product discovery & Development: Lead customer insight initiatives and market research to inform product development priorities, while owning and communicating a strategic roadmap that balances immediate needs with long-term vision.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Tech and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product goals, overseeing the development lifecycle and championing an exceptional user experience across all touchpoints.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior product managers to build a high-performing, innovative team, while driving clear, aligned communication and knowledge sharing across all stakeholders.
- Transition & Continuity: Gradually take over key strategic and operational responsibilities from the CPO, ensuring a seamless transition while driving continuous improvement across the entire product lifecycle.
- Technical Background: Solid technical foundation with basic coding skills and strong understanding of software development processes.
- SaaS Experience: Experience working in the SaaS industry, with a clear grasp of SaaS business models, product lifecycles, and customer needs.
- UI/UX Expertise: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a strong ability to translate user needs into intuitive, impactful digital experiences.
- Design Tools: Expert proficiency with Figma for creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate ideas clearly, align stakeholders, and advocate for the user perspective.
- Language Skills: C2 level Italian and C1 level English are a must.

Administrative Info:
Contract: Every Alfa begins their journey with a 1-year fixed-term contract with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term.Location: Milan, Italy (Via Eritrea n. 21 20157 (Palazzo Tecniche Nuove))
Office Model: Hybrid Mode with 60% office, 40% home office - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Working hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break
Salary range: 40,000€ - 50,000€Trial Period: 3 months
Start Date: Starting May/June/July 2025
