Senior Finance Associate

We are seeking a Finance & Investor Relations Associate to work closely with the CFO on key financial and strategic tasks. The ideal candidate has a solid background in investment banking, venture capital, or private equity, and preferably some experience in the SaaS or cybersecurity space.This role is instrumental in supporting investor communications, building financial materials, and helping prepare the company for future fundraising and strategic planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CFO in the preparation of investor materials, including pitch decks, updates, business plans, and fundraising documentation
- Assist in developing and updating financial models and forecasts
- Help coordinate investor communication, reporting, and ongoing engagement
- Contribute to the strategic planning process and financial analysis
- Participate in market research and competitive analysis to support positioning
- Aid in managing due diligence processes and data room organization
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or strategic finance roles
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with SaaS business models and key metrics
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills (financial modeling experience required)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication in English
- A hands-on, detail-oriented approach and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous exposure to SaaS or cybersecurity companies
- Experience working closely with C-level executives or founders
- Familiarity with international fundraising or venture capital networks
