Now we are looking for an intern for our ecommerce team.

In this role you will gain practical experience with the main performance marketing channels, with the aim of maximizing conversions and brand consideration, dealing with campaign strategy, implementation, analysis and optimization.

You'll work alongside experienced digital marketers and external agencies to develop and execute data-driven campaigns that drive real business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with research and planning for paid advertising campaigns across various channels (Search, Affiliate, Social Media, Display Advertising).
  • Provide support with campaign setup and implementation on advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, RTB House, Criteo, etc.
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify actions of improvements.
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and ad creative testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Support senior colleagues in the day to day management of activities and the coordination of external suppliers/Digital Marketing agencies
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and drive ROI maximization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Digital Analytics and Digital Operations, to ensure alignment of e-commerce efforts and messaging.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for working with data.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • A keen interest in performance marketing and advertising.
  • Basic understanding of Digital marketing metrics and fundamentals (e.g., conversion rate, click through rate, target audience, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Digital Analytics tools (e.g., GA4) and adv platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eager to learn and ask questions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

This position is available in Asolo HQ (TV) - Italy.
