Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies in line with global directives, tailoring product positioning and value propositions for local markets and segments.
• Driving go-to-market execution, including the preparation of technical and commercial offers, and ensuring achievement of budgeted volumes and profitability targets in assigned countries.
• Supporting sales efforts by aligning on strategic opportunities, guiding sales channels, and ensuring effective execution through sales tools, materials, and coordination.
• Conducting market and competitor analysis, identifying customer needs, and maintaining strong communication with local Sales teams and customers to drive impactful marketing initiatives.
• Managing project pipelines and reporting

• You have at least 2 years of experience in relevant field
• You present a mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
• You are able to work with product management methodologies
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Marketing
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
• You are proficient in Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
• Problem solving, willingness to work in a multicultural team and motivation, strong communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit will complete your profile.
