Job ResponsibilitiesDefining the KPIs pertaining the commercial, operative, quality, technical and financial objectives (order intake, revenues, margins, cash flow, credit collection, resources) Monitoring current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures, credit collection, cash flow, order intake.
Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance Analyzing operational figures and key performance indicators to identify business or administrative issues, identifying the root causes and implementing corrective actions Ensuring timely and high
• quality financial reporting and analysis to the BU Ensuring analysis and interpretation of financial information to produce forecasts of business and industry Identifying, contributing toward and driving business improvement initiatives and optimizes current processes.
