Finance Assistant (Stage)

PeoItaly, a growing recruitment and HR consulting firm, is offering an exciting internship opportunity in our Finance department, based in Porto Civitanova, Marche.

What You’ll Be Doing?

As a Finance Intern, you’ll work alongside our Finance & Operations Manager and gain hands-on experience in:

• Supporting daily accounting and administrative activities
• Preparing and organizing invoices, receipts, and financial records
• Assisting in the reconciliation of accounts and expense tracking
• Contributing to monthly reporting and budget follow-ups
• Learning about regulatory and compliance processes for Italian and international companies

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
• Good knowledge of Excel and basic accounting principles
• Eager to learn and contribute in a team setting
• Good knowledge of English and Italian (B2 level or higher)
