Role Description:

We're hiring expert raters with a background in Talent Acquisition/People Assessment, Organizational Psychology, and soft-skills assessment to evaluate open-ended interview answers as part of one of our research projects. This is a one-off contribution with the potential to expand into ongoing, continuous work.

Project scope:

We are working to elevate our science-based AI system by validating the scoring frameworks for our assessments. Human raters will score answers, highlight evidence, and provide brief justifications.

What you'll do:

  • Review participant interview responses
  • Rate behavioral indicators per question, highlight evidence, and write short justifications
  • Work in our web labeling platform following provided guidelines

Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of relevant experience in at least one of the following: Talent Acquisition/HR assessment (competency-based interviewing, structured evaluation) Organizational/I-O Psychology Soft-skills/behavioral assessments (rubrics, competency frameworks, structured scoring)
  • Comfortable staying objective across high volumes of responses
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability (consistent ratings)
  • Very good written English (project language)

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with rating/annotation work (e.g., coding qualitative data)
  • Familiarity with behavioral indicators, competency frameworks, BARS
