Finance controller
Our Client is an international leading provider of innovative and flexible Leasing solutions. Active in more than 40 Countries, the Company specializes in Industry, Product and Asset knowledge, particularly in the Transportation, Industrial Equipment and Technology Markets. For the strengthening of its local structure, it has asked us to search for the following professional figure:
FINANCE CONTROLLER / FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
The ideal Candidate is a Professional with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, within the banking financial or audit sectors. We are looking for a Finance Controller to join the Finance team, with a particular focus on ensuring correct and coherent financial data preparation for internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of finance, the candidate has these main responsibilities:
- Prepare the reconciliation between the management database with accounting data (accounting consistency) and support the evolution of related projects ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Prepare the reporting with financial and management indicators for Local Management, the monthly and quarterly financial statements for the Headquarters.
- Carry out monthly reconciliation financial data respecting the group and regulatory deadlines.
- Coordinate with the external auditors the correct transmission of financial data necessary for certification.
- Contribute to the robustness of internal controls.
REQUIREMENTS:
Skills and knowledge required:- Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Business Administration, or assimilated field.
- Strong knowledge in finance, accounting and controlling.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office suite.
- Strong reliability, analytical skills and performance-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of AS400 and Bank of Italy regulations (appreciated).
The company offers a permanent contract with RAL and level commensurate with actual experience, meal vouchers, and two days of remote work per week.
Place of work: Milan (hybrid).
