• Provide outstanding customer service in Italian for inquiries related to the food and beverage industry.
• Assist customers with product selection' order placement' and resolving any service-related issues.
• Offer comprehensive information about products' promotions' and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally' ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist our customers.

• Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service' preferably within the food and beverage sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Capability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours' including weekends and holidays' as needed.
