Technology Delivery Manager

Technology Delivery Manager required to join a leading end user in Torino / Turin, Italy, responsible for managing the successful delivery of a broad range of technology initiatives across the business landscape including ERP, CRM, Security, Cloud, Software Development, Infrastructure, Desktop whilst also improving the businesses internal processes and tools.

The ideal candidate will be located in the Piemonte region in cities/towns such as Torino, Milan, Monza, Novara & other nearby cities/towns that can commute to Torino.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects within broader transformation programs.
  • Ensure project outcomes meet business objectives, scope, timeline, and budget commitments.
  • Coordinate with internal and external Project Delivery Managers to ensure consistent, cohesive execution.
  • Collaborate with 3rd-party development agencies and internal scrum teams to identify, track, and resolve delivery risks.
  • Establish and maintain structured processes for technology roadmap governance, including submission, review, approval, and change tracking.
  • Partner with R&D and Commercial PMO teams to align technology deliverables and milestones with enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Oversee smooth project transitions to operations, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity of service.
  • Drive technology adoption through proactive communication, user engagement, and training initiatives.
Key Skills
  • Proven track record in IT and technology project and program delivery, ideally within a global, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, applications, and service delivery models.
  • Experienced in change management, risk assessment, and impact analysis.
  • Proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and Jira for project tracking and governance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical details into business language.
