ESG Specialist

In order to implement our HSE & ESG department we are looking for an ESG Specialist.
Reporting to HSE & ESG Manager, the profile cooperates in implementing Art Cosmetics’ ESG strategy.
Main Tasks:
- Ensure compliance with ESG regulations (in particular CSRD) and consistency of related reporting
- Deploy the CSRD roadmap for ESG data working cross functionally: planning, definition of procedures, data collection and aggregation, reporting review
- Regularly measure of the Carbon Footprint (GHG Protocol)
- Develop LCA initiatives.
- Support the decarbonization strategies and monitor the implementation of action plans in the different departments
- Support in the definition of objectives in line with the science-based targets initiative (SBTI)
- Support HSE & ESG team in implementing and maintaining HSE & ESG Management Systems
- Bachelor Degree as a minimum
- Minimum 1 year of experience on ESG-related activities
- Strong experience in data analysis, MS Office (Excel)
- Advanced knowledge of Carbon accounting and ESG reporting
- Good knowledge of LCA analysis
- Passionate and curious about ESG
- Team working attitude and strong communication skills
- Good organizational skills in autonomy, proactivity
