HR Operations Specialist Italy - Temp

Key Responsibilities
HR Support:
Provide day-to-day operational assistance to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees across Italy and other international markets.
HR Admin:
Handle core HR activities like onboarding, benefits, and employee queries through the ServiceNow Ticketing system.
Data & Reporting:
Manage and update HR data in systems like Workday and benefit portals, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Payroll Support:
Prepare and validate variable data for payroll processing, in collaboration with the Payroll CoE.
Employee Queries:
Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring fast, clear, and professional responses.
Project Contribution:
Contribute to cross-functional HR projects to improve processes and ways of working.
System Improvement:
Support HRIS system updates and process improvements in collaboration with internal teams.
Collaboration:
Work closely with teams such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and Accounting to maintain smooth and compliant HR operations.
What You Bring to the Table
Must-Haves: Proven experience in HR Operations or People Administration, ideally in a fast-paced or international setting.
Fluent in
Italian
and
English
(C1+).Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on experience with HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Confident user of Excel and Google Workspace tools.
Open-minded, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
