Main Accountabilities:

• Maintains technical contact with the customer for all project related activities.
• Directly engage customers to understand products requirements and identify current products that will meet or exceed the customer performance specifications
• Support updates for manufacturing or customer changes based on product configurationand release new part numbers utilizing standard engineering workflow process
• Support customers (internal and external) to resolve technical issues.
• Assists in quotation activities on product configuration engineering changes
• Coordinate, document and report testing (internal and external) to support customer programs
• Schedules and facilitates all customer project related meetings
• Support in presentation of customer presentation that relate to the project
• Supports Sales on commercial presentations at customer sites
• Plans assigned programs and organizes tasks, resources and costs
• Supproting establish product specifications for new development products or systems in conjunction with R&D
• Develop and maintain internal program reports, such as Timing, Program Status Report, Open Issue Listsand Meeting Minutes
• Actively support in the tracking and reporting on program design status, costs, budgets and capital investments.
• Actively monitors the competitive products in the market and their application on our customer products. Completes benchmarks on products as assigned

Competenze ed esperienza

Job Requirements:

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Background in Industrial/Automotive sector in a similar role
• Fluent in English
• Experience with CAD software is a plus
