Consolidate weekly, monthly and quarterly data on sales and team performance. Analyze collected data to identify trends, opportunities and issues in the sales process.

Share results and analysis through advanced data management tools, ensuring clear and timely communication with the sales team and other relevant departments.

Develop and implement tools and processes to support sales actvities, including automated reports, dashboards and performance tracking systems.

Create detailed data sheets for products and services offered, providing the sales team with the necessary information for an effective presentation to customers.

Manage the company's organic catalogue on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, ensuring that products are correctly listed, described and positioned to maximize sales opportunities

Competenze ed esperienza

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in sales data management and analysis, preferably in a sales support environment. Advanced skills in using Micrososoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Access for database management and complex query creation.

Demonstrated ability to use data visualization tools such as Power BI to create interactive reports and intuitive dashboards.

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python for automating processes and developing custom tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate analysis results clearly and convincingly.

Detail orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel and Power BI (must have), Microsoft Access and Python (nice to have)

Specific tools and process he/she will use: Excel, Power Bi, Ad Hoc Access program, Python for data analysis, Ipos, Saleforce, Bid Tool, Price Is right, Vendor Central, Extra Partner PIM. In future: AI tools.
