Key responsibilities:

• Management and/or monitoring of a portfolio of Italian companies for corporate law matters (approval of accounts, renewal of managers, drafting of intra-group agreements, management of the required legal formalities, POA, etc.);
• Providing legal advice and services on corporate, contract and regulatory matters to other teams and services (development, commercialization operations, finance, financing…) on all the legal aspects as a true business partner
• Drafting and reviewing contracts in Italian and English in the field of renewable energies (land lease, development partnership agreements, EPC agreements, O&M agreements, grid connection, SPA, PPA, etc.);
• Preparing all legal documents required for participation in invitations to tender and consultations, from application to selection of the offer (NDA, MOU, term-sheets, protocols, etc.);
• Handling local litigation and liaising with the Group Insurance team on insurance matters;
• Ensuring legal reporting for the country (contracts, litigation, risk management, legal fees…)
• Implementing guidelines and processes, namely for contract reviews, compliance matters, and participating in their improvement.

Competenze ed esperienza

Qualifications:

• Post-graduate degree in corporate or business law;
• Experience of general company/commercial law, and/or corporate law, and negotiating and drafting a wide range of complex commercial contracts;
• At least 8 years post-qualification experience with significant experience in renewable energies and specifically in solar projects;
• Excellent team-player and dedicated problem-solver with a can-do attitude who is interested in handling multiple challenging priorities and assignments;
• Outstanding analytical skills with a pragmatic mindset, capable to identify key risks;
• Autonomous and methodical person; good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills;
• Fluent in English (C1 level), including legal drafting skills.
