• Oversee crop management, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and personnel management
• Plan, organize, and supervise staff to ensure operational efficiency
• Manage personnel administrative tasks and monitor seasonal KPI performance
• Ensure facilities are operating effectively and meet production targets set by plant management
• Provide training on production, phytosanitary plans, processes, and optimization practices
• Offer guidance and orientation for new hires
• Troubleshoot and resolve production disruptions
• Maintain effective communication within the team and with key interfaces, including breeding objectives and facility change
• Ensure compliance with sustainability standards and regulations
• Document current production processes and compare them to standard requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace

• Master’s Degree in Agriculture (or related fields) and at least 3 years of experience in crop management and plant production, or Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of experience in crop management and plant production
• Knowledge of hydroponic greenhouses and seed production is a plus
• Strong project management skills and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Willingness to relocate to Latina
• Availability to work on a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
• High proficiency in Italian (C2) and professional English (B2)
