As a PMS Manager, your mission is to support our hotel teams through the exciting world of Opera PMS, so they can assure seamless operations and exceptional delivery of service to our guests.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing expertise relating to Opera PMS and providing coaching & direction to hotel teams where required.
  • Generating and analysing reports from Opera PMS.
  • Facilitating change management and providing expert guidance in onsite meetings, training, and activities.
  • Answering operational and application questions and consulting to hotel teams to give them ownership of the system.
  • Monitoring site level installation process and ensuring tasks remain on schedule.
  • Supporting the IT Team to implement projects.
  • Ensuring compliance in the use of Opera PMS, according to company regulations and data protection.
  • Staying updated with the Opera PMS updates.

  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle and the Opera product suite.
  • Ability to perform analysis, define new processes to improve services for our hotel teams.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
