Ship’s Doctor - onboard our ships
Appropriate Medical Degree with relevant specialization (Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, Critical Areas or other relevant specializations)
A minimum of 3 years working experience post-graduate or post-registration
At least 6 months certified full-time experience in emergency area (ER, ICU, ambulances)
ACLS, ATLS, APLS, etc. courses or equivalent
Enrollment in Italian Doctors Professional Order (Ordine Provinciale dei Medici Chirurghi ed Odontoiatri)
Good command of English (minimum B2)
Availability to work onboard for at least 6 months in a year, split in two contracts of 3 or 4 consecutive months
Strong computer Literacy (including email, internet browsing and office tools)

You will act as Costa culture ambassador, supporting and guiding the Hospital Team while ensuring the highest standards of medical care and compliance.
Daily Doctors OperationsYou will act as the primary point of contact for all medical matters on board, ensuring full compliance and adherence to Company Standards
You will provide high-quality healthcare to crew and passengers through clinic services and on-call duties
You will manage medical cases, emergencies, disembarkations, and referrals ashore in coordination with the Chief Doctor
You will ensure full compliance with Company medical procedures and foster collaboration within the Hospital Team
You demonstrate the ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
You act as a role model by respecting and applying Company Values, actively engaging and fostering teamwork
