Jr controller

Talent Solution, part of Manpower Group, for an important pharmaceutical client based in Florence, is currently recruiting for a Jr Controller.

We're seeking a motivated individual to join the team and be responsible for posting invoices on different ERP (AS400 and SAP) and interact with vendor and colleagues in order to solve any potential issue may arise in your area of activity.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring any document is properly posted according to italian fiscal law and managed with respect to its due date
• Ensuring any document is authorized according to internal procedures
• Interacting with suppliers in order to verify statements of accounts
• Perform reconciliation activities on vendor account balance

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Law.
• Prior experience in accounting roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English at a C level.
• Familiarity with AS400/SAP is advantageous.
• Flexibility and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
