Pizzaiolo For Italian Pizzeria

We are looking for a pizzaiolo (pizza maker) for the Valdo Gatti pizzeria, located in Lisbon

The ideal person for us has at least 2/3 years of previous experience in the role with skills related to:

• use of professional equipment (wood oven)
• knowledge of the correct procedures for preserving food and raw materials (HACCP)
• knowledge of different types of dough

The selected person will mainly deal with:

• preparation of dough, within' given procedures
• rolling out pizzas
• topping and cooking pizzas
• cleaning the work area and the kitchen in general, together with the rest of the staff

Contratto

Contract: fixed-term, aimed at permanent employment

This is a full-time job for 6 days a week, organized in variable shifts.

The salary offered is within' a range between €1.600 and €1.800 net per month and will in any case be adequate to the skills and experience of the person
