Sample & Archive Intern

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Archive & Sample Intern to join our team. This role is primarily focused on logistics operations related to product samples and archive management. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Pairing and sorting of returned samples from showrooms
• Creation and application of labels for samples and shipments
• Tagging sample pairs and managing disposal of goods to Alpi (from RS21 to present)
• Preparation of DDTs, proforma invoices, and shipping documentation for import/export activities
• Support with customs clearance procedures
• Creation and booking of DHL shipments
• Assistance with wholesale-related sample requests
• Reorganization of the sample archive in both chronological and alphabetical order
• Disposal of outdated press sets and past samples to Alpi
• Optimization of archive and storage spaces, especially for jewelry and bags collections
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Interest or experience in logistics, warehousing, or sample management
• Ability to work with precision and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, organizing boxes, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of shipping platforms (e.g., DHL) and shipping documentation
• A positive and collaborative attitude
• A background in fashion logistics, merchandising support, or supply chain is a plus
