The JUNIOR MARKETPLACE SPECIALIST will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Online Department to help bringing our brands to new marketplaces and omnichannel retail partners across the globe.

The resource will work closely with our cross-functional teams in this dynamic and entrepreneurial role. He/she will make a substantial contribution to accelerate Bata’s sales growth, starting from the daily activities to manage marketplace channels.

KEY CHALLENGES

Daily Marketplace store management activities
Catalogue & product content management
Coordination with internal and external teams for various cross-team activities and/or monitoring and support for activities inherent to marketplace channels
Channel performance monitoring & reporting - sales analysis and forecasting
Scouting new marketplace opportunities in line with Bata’s expansion strategy online
Create business plans to identify opportunities and potential
Analyzing and adapting Bata’s structure to fit with new partners
Leading cross-functional efforts to launch and manage our presence on new marketplaces globally, from identifying opportunities to bringing the operations to life
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Pro-active and hands-on approach
Delivers in consistent way following his department priorities, respecting the deadlines
Pursues quality in accomplishing tasks paying attention to details and verifying information
Passionate about e-commerce, online retail/brands and their potential growth
Solid project management and analytical skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a team and share activities
Relates well to all kinds of, up, down and sideways, inside and outside the organization

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

Good knowledge of Italian
Fluent in English

LOCATION

Limena (PD)
Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
