Responsabilità
As Junior HR Administration Specialist, you will give crucial support in payroll management for both our Italian Headquarter and UK branch. You will manage personnel administration topics related to healthcare insurance, pension scheme, tax obbligations making sure that all online and paper archives are complete and up to date.
The activities include:
• Manage and reconcile timesheets.
• Provide assistance to Employees in both our Italian HQ and UK branch on Company Benefits.
• Manage Starter and Leaver documentation for both Italian HQ and UK branch.
• Handling administrative aspects related to company apartments (sending communications to report changes and/or updates on these and other main benefits).
• Keep our Personal Data Software updated with all personal and time-tracking relevant data.
• Liase with Health Safety & Environment Department providing monthly reports on accident statistics management.
• Sending communications to report changes and/or updates on these and other main benefits.
