About the role
At Four Seasons Hotel Firenze we are looking for a passionate Public Relations Intern will support the Team on generating awareness of the Hotel through all media outlets, including a strong focus on local awareness. This position assists in the development of marketing and advertising initiatives as well as the development and execution of public relations initiatives.
What you will do- Support the PR Manager in drafting Hotel press release.
- Assist the team in content creation and social media activities.
- Update Hotel software for Sales & Marketing department.
- Monitor guests’ reviews and respond according to the Hotel policy
- Help organizing marketing events and initiatives.
- Assist with the organization of press and influencers stays at the Hotel.
- Create and distribute promotional materials within the Hotel
- Assist with other tasks within the division if needed.?
- Develop and present a project work to reinforce training.
- Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
- Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences.
- Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a team work approach.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and English.
- Travel required: None.

Schedule & Hours:
This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze and the contract is full time internship
