Financial Controller - Maternity Cover
The mission of the Finance Function is to develop and implement the Company's financial strategy, planning and controlling activities in the short and medium/long term to support the Company’s profitable growth.
The successful candidate will support the Finance team, in particular he/she will perform the following activities:
- Support the Finance team in defining plans and budgets for GenAM, in accordance with the strategic guidelines set by the Top Management of the Company.
- Expense monitoring with a specific focus on single function budget consumption by providing and supporting Finance team on weekly analysis and monthly deliverables to the Company’s top management
- Revenues costs and cash analyses, including plan deviations or year on year analysis; concise and effective deliverables
- Support managers on assessing new business opportunities by supporting the Finance team with the pricing analysis
- Ensuring quality of finance data and granting compliance with the internal procedures
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Economics or Finance, with top-grades
- proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with PBI, Tagetik or SAP environment are considered a plus
- Comfortable with working under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Very fluent in written and spoken English

- Meticulous, analytical and a team player
- Multitasking approach, able to deal with multiple issues and multiple projects in parallel
- Analytics mindset, with ability to get deep in the details as well as grasping the bigger picture and the business dynamics quickly
- Proactive and able to prioritize to meet strict deadlines
