PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As Living Quarter Specialist, you will join our Naval Department, in the business line ENCAR, conducting the following activities:
- Architectural and technical specification preparation;
- Building services design and coordination (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety);
- Detailed design from Subcontractor review and follow-up;
- Coordination with architect/REVIT designer and structural engineer;
- Attendance to 3D reviews;
- Basic knowledge for building services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety).
- SOLAS rules;
- Classification society rules (ABS, BV and/or DNV);
- 3D review tool Navisworks.
KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Fluent
LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10 years +
IT SKILLS: Office Suite
SOFT SKILLS: Motivation, Proactiveness, Communication
NICE TO HAVE: International mobility
LOCATION: Milan SAIPEM office.
