work from Katowice Job Description Responsibilities:
Customer support (pre-sales and post-sales) for security cameras and system users via calls and chats
Handling reports regarding the following devices and systems: Wire-Free Security Cameras' Indoor Smart Home Cameras' Security Camera Systems' WiFi/PoE Cameras &, NVRs
Helping customers solve technical issues with their devices
Collaborate with service engineers to obtain technical support Requirements:
Knowledge of Italian at and communicative level (min.
