Junior sales operations
You’ll join ourSales team , working closely with Customer Account, Marketing and Product.You’ll play a key role in supporting the commercial engine of FBK, helping structure processes, improve data quality, and enable the Sales team to perform at their best, while growing your skills through a structured learning path.If you like working at the intersection ofdata, processes, and people , and enjoy turning complexity into clarity, you’ll feel at home here.The work you’ll do: Support the Sales team in managing and optimizing processes and workflows
Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliabilityHelp prepare sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support data-driven decision making
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support lead management, pipeline tracking, and handover processes
Assist in monitoring key sales KPIs and performance metrics
Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and internal documentation
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools, templates, and operational processesThe qualifications you need: Degree or ongoing studies in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field
Fluent in Italian (mother tongue) and proficient in English (B2 or higher)Strong interest in sales operations, business processes, and data analysis
Good analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
Ability to work in a structured way and quickly understand processes and interdependencies
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity and to have strong interpersonal skills #differentisbetter

[Nice to have] Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics, Hub Spot, Salesforce)
