Customer Support with Italian

• As a Customer Advisor fluent in Italian your responsibilities include:
• Guiding viewers through inquiries via phone and/or chat
• Offering account and application support, particularly regarding software functionality
• Providing technical assistance and resolving issues related to system configurations and network settings
• Delivering prompt and accurate responses to viewer inquiries
