Logistics Trainer, ATS Learning

You’ll work with people at every stage of their career, from new hires to managers. Key job responsibilitiesDeliver training and coaching to Amazon’s standard Review and improve site-training completion rates together with managers and associates Gather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experience Work with stakeholder across Italy and Europe to identify areas where further training and development is needed Help to audit metrics such as safety, quality, and process across sites Train and coach associates to become ambassadors who can help deliver coaching and training to local teams Plan efficient training plansParticipate actively in workshops by bringing data and accurate analysis Asses process compliance Data driven approach when analyzing a scenario that can be optimized About the teamAmazon couldn’t deliver at pace without the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team.
