Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead technical expertise assignments of medium complexity being Bordline BC Platform responsible. Each day, you will contribute to the development of technical expertise solutions and services. You will act as a key interface between product management, engineering, production, and customers, ensuring technical excellence, process optimization, and product lifecycle management.

This role is contributing to the Motion Traction division located in Genoa. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Providing expert knowledge during the sales phase, assisting Product Management with customer-specific documentation.
- Owning and maintaining operating manuals, guidelines, application notes, type testing documents, and fire safety documentation.
- Assisting in the sales and integration phases by supporting system-level design. Preparation of application notes to improve internal and customer understanding of best practices with regards to system design.
- Helping resolve service and system-related challenges faced by customers.
- Defining and improving process templates within company systems (SAP, Windchill).
- Ensuring production testing and part/process quality; coordinate and escalate issues within internal quality teams and suppliers.
- Managing feature requests for firmware and monitor obsolescence risks, taking proactive measures to ensure product availability.
- Serving as a central point of contact across multiple teams, including product management, service, sales, projects, production, mechanics, software, and customers.

Qualifications for the role- You enjoy working with Structured and proactive approach to managing documentation, processes, and compliance.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in in power electronics, covering semiconductors, magnetics, measurement circuits, and embedded controllers.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of PCBA-based power electronic design, including schematic reading and interpretation.
- You are passionate about Ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams and facilitate effective communication between departments. You have
- Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- You are at ease communicating in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
