As a Workforce Planner, you are responsible for efficiently planning and scheduling personnel with the right qualifications to carry out aircraft maintenance activities in the short, medium, and long term. All of this takes place in an international, operational, and dynamic aircraft maintenance environment. Your role is a key position in the chain, and we are looking for a true People Manager:
- Managing personnel and roster data, and entering individual schedule changes and adjustments;
- Identifying bottlenecks in rosters and planning, and proposing and implementing solutions;
- Creating roster scenarios and contributing to projects;
- Being responsible for the station’s capacity planning;
- Regularly consulting with station management to align short-, medium-, and long-term planning;
- Identifying and advising on the proper allocation and need for authorizations and qualifications;
- Contributing ideas for potential improvements and developments in short- and (medium-)long-term planning processes;
- Monitoring and identifying any changes or updates in applicable laws and regulations, and advising on necessary actions;
- Handling and processing submitted leave requests.
- Bachelor’s level of thinking and working (HBO), through education or experience;
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, as this is an international environment with many non-Dutch-speaking colleagues;
- Experience in aircraft maintenance and/or working at Schiphol is a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and scheduling/planning systems;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling;
- Analytical, assertive, flexible, strong negotiation skills, people management skills, customer-oriented, and cost-conscious.

- Salary indication depending on experience and competencies between €4,103.78 and €6,022.51 gross per month.
