Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Rome. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in financial controlling or similar roles, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Controlling and Reporting: Control the projects budget and cash flow, forecasting and financial strategic planning, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and forecasts to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
• Accounting Oversight: Working closely with the bookkeepers, providing support on accounting and tax related matters.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.
• Confidence to present information clearly and concisely to Senior staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
